Position Profile: SEO Manager

Responsibilities:
 Keyword Research and SEO Analysis:
o Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO analysis to identify relevant
target keywords and phrases.
 On-Page and Off-Page SEO Strategies:
o Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to
improve website visibility and SERP rankings.
 Website Optimization:
o Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to ensure alignment
with target keywords and enhance search engine crawlability.
 Technical SEO:
o Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web development
team to implement solutions for improved website performance and user
experience.
 SEO Audits and Competitive Analysis:
o Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify
opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of competitors in search
rankings.
 Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to
assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven
recommendations.
 Emerging SEO Trends:
o Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends and technologies, exploring innovative
approaches to further enhance our SEO efforts.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Certifications:
o Relevant SEO certifications (such as from Google, HubSpot, and/or Semrush).
 Experience:
o 7+ years of experience as an SEO manager or in a similar SEO-focused role.
 Knowledge and Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and
digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of the Indian search
landscape.
o Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush,
Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.
o Knowledge of A/B testing, local SEO, and SEO reporting tools.
o Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website
optimization platforms, such as WordPress.
o Experience with SEO for local businesses and Google My Business
optimization.
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
