It has been observed that certain scammers have been posting fraudulent job openings in exchange for money. At times, these scammers even conduct fake interviews with an attempt to obtain money or personal information from job aspirants.
We would like to bring to your notice that Rhysley does NOT charge or accept any fees or security deposit from job seekers during the hiring process. Rhysley’s employee hiring process includes extensive screening steps.
Please know that legally, we are NOT bound to honour any job offers made by third parties in exchange for money.
Disclaimer: How to identify recruitment fraud?
- Rhysley NEVER requests for fees at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Rhysley’s recruitment process involves at least one interview (personal or virtual). If you receive an offer letter without any interview(s), please be alert of such fraudulent act.
- The hiring team at Rhysley corresponds from email addresses with the domain “@rhysley.com.” In case, if you receive an email from generic Gmail/Yahoo domain, consider it as a scam only.
- The hiring team at Rhysley does NOT ask for personal details such as bank account information or credit card information as part of the recruitment process. Documents are asked for ONLY during the on-boarding process from an official representative of Rhysley.
